"Consumer" shall mean any individual who is acting for purposes which are outside his or her trade, business or profession. If you are not a Consumer, please do not buy any products on www.shan.com.bd 3. We reserve the right not to process orders received from users who are not "Consumers" and any other order that does not comply with the Vendor's business policy. 4 . The General Terms and Conditions of Purchase or Sale do not regulate the supply chain of services or the sale of goods performed by third parties that are on www.shan.com.bd through links, banners, or other hypertext links. Before sending orders or purchasing goods from www.shan.com.bd and purchasing products and services from those third parties, we recommend that you verify the third party's terms and conditions, since the Vendor shall under no circumstances be deemed liable for the supply of services provided by any misstatement or service by third parties or for the execution of e-commerce transactions between the users of www.shan.com.bd and third parties. 5. The SHAN Brand maintains Goods Guarantees, Product Price Indication, and Legal Rights on www.shan.com.bd. We offer only goods bearing SHAN trademarks. 6. SHAN Brand does not sell second-hand goods or flawed products on www.shan.com.bd 7. The main characteristics of products are shown on www.armani.com on each product page. Despite our best efforts to display on www.armani.com images that properly and accurately reflect the products offered for sale, such images may, however, not exactly reflect the real garments in terms of image and colors due to the Internet browser or monitor used. Please refer to the description included on each product page. 8. SHAN Brand goods Prices are indicated on the www.shan.com.bd website and are not inclusive of any applicable VAT, sales taxes, or other taxes. Also, Prices do not include delivery charges, which, if any, shall be added to the price of the products and will be communicated to you during the purchase process. 9. Please check the price. SHAN Brand declares that Payment of the goods prices and relevant costs for shipping and delivery costs must be made by using one of the procedures available on the www.shan.com.bd website, as indicated on the order form.
